There seems to be a bug when sending out emails today

This bug started today 2/20/25. Every time I send an email using an email template through the project workspace, the subject line doesn’t use the default subject line in the email template. The subject line is displaying “Re:” and the subject line in the previous email. I’m not trying to reply back to the previous email. I have to press “Send New Email” a couple of times, sometimes 3 or 4 times and select the same email template in order to display the correct default subject line in the email template. I’ve closed out the tab in the browser, I restarted my browser and I also cleared out the cookies. Even resorting to restart the computer, but nothing is working. I don’t want to do extra steps in order to send a fresh new email. What gives?

I’ve noticed this too, with emails someone else on my team is sending out...the subject line is incorrect, and actually is a subject line from a completely different template email we use. ​@Kait M is this a known bug or do we need to reach out to support?
