Hi everyone! I’m new here and in the process of transferring my clients over from another CRM and am just wondering if there is a place to add client birthdays and schedule reminders? I feel like this is a pretty standard feature but there doesn’t appear to be a place to add birthdays into a client profile.

+7Hi Kylie! This is a highly requested feature. You can go to the Feature requests area to search and upvote it!
Honeybook primarily manages the client processes - it's not a traditional CRM in the sense that it does not store a bunch of info per client or lead.
You could however add a second "project date" on the details tab that is specifically for birthday! This would then end up on your calendar - but you'd have to manually make it recurring.
