Transition from Calendly to Honeybook Scheduler

Is there a simple way to move my already scheduled events from calendly over to honeybook scheduler? I don’t see the need to use calendly now that I have honeybook but in creating new projects my calendar is getting really jammed up with events, (IE calendly events overlapping with the newly added honeybook projects for the same event. )

Hey Matt! Great name 😉 while there isn’t an automatic transition feature when moving from Calendly to the HoneyBook Scheduler, I did want to point out that HB does have a native Calendly integration (should you still wish to use it).

For actually making the switch I recommend taking it one session type at a time. For example, draft your consultation call in HB, when it’s ready to go, turn it on, then go back to Calendly and turn that one off/replace any external links out there in the world with the HB one.

Wish I had a quick fix for ya. Are you running into any questions with the Scheduler itself?

Yes, I do have one question about the scheduler: When someone schedules an event how do I get it to sync with the project date/time in the actual projects. Seems like I have to manually go in and add those details which creates two events for the same time on my google calendar. See attached image for what I mean.

Yes if you have a session happening at the same time as the project date, this will occur. Kinda annoying I know. Usually I go to my synced calendar (for me that’s Google) and delete the project date since the session one has zoom/call info, etc.
