Is there a way to be able to turn these off permanently. I sometimes forget to turn it off when we sent invoices, and don’t want our clients to see that option. Before the smart files it was turned off on all of our invoices.

You should be able to turn it off on the template! Then it will be off for any of that for you apply to a project.
