TURNED OFF CUSTOMIZABLE REPORTING

My business has run just under a million dollars through this platform. When I went to pull weekly reporting, I couldn’t find it anywhere. When I went to the chat to find out how we do this with the new Finance Tab. I was told that there is not a way to do it, currently. Customizable reporting is only possible for month to month. While I have very likely outgrown the abilities of HoneyBook, I expected that with the new changes it would become more sophisticated. Not less.

They’re putting in a ticket to get it fixed. However, the TAT is always multiple days, if not weeks.

So how about, instead of turning off a feature that long time users have come to heavily rely on- you ensure that you can provide the same outcome or GREATER.

Hi @Elizebeth Milam!

I’m Kaela from the Product Specialist team! Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand how frustrating it can feel to have a feature you’ve grown to rely on change. We hear you, and I want to acknowledge how valuable the expenses feature has been for your business. When we made the decision to sunset expenses as a standalone feature, it wasn’t made lightly. The previous Expense tracking feature was not performing at the level we aim for.

We truly appreciate your business and your trust in HoneyBook, and we love hearing feedback from our members. Your insights are invaluable to us, and we’re committed to incorporating feedback like yours into future versions of HoneyBook Finance. With that in mind, someone from our team should have reached out to further assist you. If you’d like to continue the conversation or want to share more feedback, please contact our team member at your convenience!

Hi @Elizebeth Milam

Popping in to say that the decision to deprecate the Expenses tool was reversed. It’s here to stay!
