Unable to access dropdown menus

For the past week since I’ve purchased my subscription I have not been able to an access my drop down menus (client, templates, tools, finance) from my tablet. is anyone else experiencing this? 
 

Using iPad Pro version 17.3.1 (21D61)

Are you using the app on your iPad or the browser?

The app window is too small for the ipad pro
