Is anyone else having trouble recording Google meetings. If the meeting is created by HoneyBook, I am unable to record. Zoom works fine though.

Hey @Galen Mooney! I’m going to connect you with someone from support. Look out for an email from concierge@honeybook.com :)

Do you mean Google will not allow you to hit record? I will test this afternoon. Anything I should look out for?

Yes, I can hit record on a Google meeting started outside of HoneyBook. But if the meeting is scheduled within HoneyBook, recording is disabled. I wasn’t sure if this is an issue particular to me or if it’s a limitation with the HoneyBook scheduler.

Strange 🤔

Does it say you are the meeting owner? Is it possible that you're using two different emails? And you go into the meeting as a different user that is not the owner of the meeting?

If you are not the owner then it won't allow you to record depending on your settings.

The other possibility is that for some reason honeybook is the owner of the meeting. But typically your main email is the one that is the owner and honey book is just a user and that's why you have to admit Honeybook into the meeting.

Can you admit honey book into the meeting? If you don't have the admit feature then again you probably are signed in with a different email as opposed to the email that honeybook has used to create the meeting
