Unexpected server error

I was just adding all of my clients to Honey Book. In the middle of setting up one of the projects, I was logged out both on the computer and the app. When I try to log in, I get a message saying that there is an unexpected server error. I can log into an old account with no issue. 

I’ve tried chat support, but after the chatbot, I get this message:

I totally understand and thanks so much for your patience while I reviewed your account.

To ensure we get this issue resolved - I will need to reach out to our team of specialists. This might take some time so please hang tight while we work to come to a resolution.

Thanks again for patience. We really appreciate it.

 

They don’t ask any questions or try to see what I’ve done. I’m very frustrated. This is not a good start.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what’s going on?
