Hey everyone -

I’m pretty new to Honeybook. I’ve created a new page in a proposal template and would like to upload a file to share with a client. Every time I go to click on the “choose file” it says for me to “go to the previous mode to test the file upload experience”

Does anyone know what that means?

Thanks

McCauley

Hi @McCauley Adams!

I’ve just tested that myself and I understand the source of confusion now: the upload file block is meant for your clients, enabling them to upload a file to share with you. That’s why you’re getting the message to test the experience: so that you can preview what your clients will see when using this block.

What kind of a file are you trying to share with your clients? Let’s see how else you can do that 😊

Masha - Thank you for the response! I am wanting to send my clients a final “presentation” (if you will) that can be tacked onto their SOW to show the work I’ve done from beginning to end. I’m a landscape designer and have images that I have snipped from the drawings, but wanted to attach the final design drawings to the honeybook piece. Is that possible?

Thanks

McCauley

Do you know of a way that I’d be able to upload a file specifically for that client in a PDF view? Is there a way to speak to someone at HoneyBook?

I still don’t have an answer, but am hoping to figure out how to do this.

thanks for your help!
