Hello HB community.. we are primarily an event space and I am looking for some examples of a Contact form and I am willing to share mine.
I believe that my form is “kind of clumsy” and it doesn’t seamlessly work with integrating with my contract.
looking for suggestions and comments.

Here’s an example of a venue contact form - I assume they don’t perfectly map it to their contract, but it definitely acts as a starting point.
What I’d recommend is to think about your contract first: what information do you need on there? And then decide whether you want to collect all of it in the contact form, because you don’t want to discourage people filling it out either if it’s too long/difficult to fill out.
