Video link not transferring to Client's Calendar

Hi all, I’ve had reports recently from clients that even when they use the “Add to calendar” button in their scheduling confirmation email, it does not transfer the video link over to the appointment. 

This can’t be right - this would be very clunky. Has it always been this way? Is there a way to fix this? :)

Are they using Google? Apple?

@Kaci my clients say they have the video link in theirs and so do I… we all use Google. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration and see if that fixes it?

I use Google as well. On my call with Kaci yesterday she said my link didn't transfer to her calendar - and a client of hers had the same issue.
