VIEW ONLY ACCESS TO A SMARTFILE!!!!!!

That little pink “new” bar is giving us all the feels this month! 😂

This has been so helpful! I deal with a lot of committees, boards and PTA’s. I almost cried (tears of joy) the first time I had a PTA person email me saying “I forwarded this to our PTA president to review and they approved.”

I realized I didn’t have to do ANYTHING! No scrambling to get their emails so I could add access to committee members, no rushing to get them a PDF version they could attach instead. All because  VIEW ONLY access was enabled!

I use this view only feature a lot but realized that I was doing it wrong for many months!  It appears to be a lot of steps and not very intuitive to remember each time I use it.  I hope it becomes simpler to create a ‘view only’ invoice without the multiple steps involved.
