Viewing small thumbnails in Proposal

Interesting, how are those showing up on your end when you preview the proposal? Does it look the way you intended it to?

If it happens for some and not for others, it might be a technical issue, so I’d recommend reaching out to support to resolve it. To do that, click the “?” in the bottom right corner on the HoneyBook desktop app.

I cannot view the thumbnails either up close. It doesn't allow a click or zoom. So I've been uploading the photos in the proposal under files for them to look up close.

I see. What I’d suggest is to either make them as large as possible. You can make them larger if you take them into a separate content block and number them, for example - allowing your clients to select what they want.

If that’s still too small - provide links to Google Drive images, embedded in the text in the service descriptions.
