I wanted to know if there was a feature or workaround for creating a waitlist for services? I am a fashion designer and I am getting inquiries for the 2025 prom season. I don't open my books for that until August, so I am trying to figure out a way to create a list of sorts so that when I am ready I can notify them and they can schedule.

I am currently using Calendly booking platform (only because I haven't had the time to build It out in HB)

I am sure I maybe do a google form but I was hoping there was a way to do It all here?

Thanks so much!

Hi Lex!

What I have done is

1. Create a stage in your pipeline called "Waitlist 2025"

2. Create a lead form collecting their info - you could ask for whatever you need to keep them on a waitlist - and you could have a scheduler page there if you want . You could even take a deposit if you want.

3. Then add an automation that drops them into the waitlist stage  after they complete the lead form.

This way you'll have a clean list of the wait list folks when you're ready to start cranking! You can even email all of them at once using Honeybook's bulk email feature: https://www.premieropsspot.com/post/improve-client-communication-honeybook-emails

Hope this helps!

PS. Highly recommend moving your schedule to HB! It will save you a ton of time, probably money, and connect into your automations!
