Way to send automated monthly check in emails to clients?

Is there a way to have a templated monthly check in email sent to all of my active clients on the 1st of each month? Right now I have the reminder as a task in the client portal but I have to go in manually to send the monthly check in email for each client (60+ clients). I’d love to be able to set up an automation where on the 1st of each month the monthly check in email goes out to each client without me having to do it individually for each person. Thanks!

Hi there! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center here. You can use batch emails to send those check-in emails all at once, and you can use an email template for them. However, since automations are attached to projects and lead forms, you’ll still need to do the batch email manually (but hopefully setting up a batch email saves you a bit of time!).
