Where do your clients pay if you are selling in Kajabi?

What is the best/easiest way to have someone buy a service in Kajabi (coaching), while using Honeybook as a CRM?

Do you create a smartfile with a LINK to an offer in Kajabi? That’s what I’m doing. They then finish the smartfile (after they purchase through the Kajabi link) by clicking submit.

What are you doing to streamline this process?

TY!

Hi @Lynsey Retzlaff!

I think a Lead form might make more sense - with either a redirect/automated email that takes them to a Kajabi payment page OR a lead form where they pay through HB and then get enrolled in a Kajabi course through Zapier.

The reason why I’d recommend a lead form over a smart file is because lead forms are public-facing, so your students don’t have to be in the HB system already to access it.

I hope this helps!

Thanks for your thoughts! I should clarify my process….

I have leads complete a lead form and they set up a discovery call/sales call with me before they can purchase the coaching program. As of now, I send them a contract through Honeybook after the call. In this smart file, I have a link to Kajabi’s offer/checkout page where they pay. They then come back to the Honeybook smartfile and finalize the contract by hitting submit.

This just seems clunky and I’m looking to see if there is a better process.

Any ideas based on this information? TY!
