Dear Honeybook,
why do my emails constantly go to my clients junk folders? And why is it saying my client has read the email when I get a text from my client saying they have not even received the email? This is a HUGE problem for small businesses and could be causing us to lose out on income and booked clients due to your faulty systems. Especially with this outrageous price increase, you would hope you can trust your CRM to be delivering emails to your clients properly, which with honeybook you cannot.
I now have to have a seperate line of communication with my clients outside of honeybook because I cannot trust that they will do the job a CRM is supposed to.
