When I schedule a project for a specific time in the project details, it varies by one hour on the calendar. Why is this not the same time? On my calendar the time is an hour later than I scheduled it for..

Is your HoneyBook account set for CDT?

This happens to me as well.

I am a photographer, and I put the time and date of an upcoming photoshoot in “PROJECT DETAILS” ….. e.g. Sunday 26th May at 9:00am.

Then when I look in the Calendar the timeslot (in BLUE) starts at 10:00am. (My timezone is set correctly CST)

Then i use the “SCHEDULE” function to inform the client, and it appears correctly in ORANGE in the calendar, starting at 9:00am. However there are two entries instead of one?

This morning the client contacted me and said she had received an appointment notification for 8:00am and wanted to re-confirm it was actually 9:00am

So here are my questions:

(1) What is the intent of Project Date/Time in PROJECT DETAILS? Should I leave it blank?

(2) If I make and DATE/TIME entry in PROJECT DETAILS are my clients notified? (they should not be, because my time allocation and the clients time allocation are separate)

(3) Why is PROJECT DATE/TIME appearing one hour later in the CALENDAR?

(4) Why did the  SCHEDULE event (orange) in CALENDAR entry appear twice?

(5) Why did my clients get a notification appear one hour early?
