Why is the software so slow, laggy and pages take forever to load (if ever)?

It doesn’t matter if I am on my computer or the mobile app, I have even tried other computers and networks. Clients have also reported that files I send will not load. Is it just me or do other people experience this. It was one thing when it was slowing down my own workflow, but it isn’t a good look when my clients have issues. Any solutions?

This definitely does not sound usual, and it could be that something in the smart file you’re using is taking up a considerable amount of time to load, or there’s something corrupt in the code there.

 

I would suggest reaching out to our Support team either through chat (the question mark in the bottom right hand side of the screen) or through email at concierge@honeybook.com.

 

What they’ll do is ask you a few specific questions to identify where/when these loading issues occur, and then we can work with our Engineering team to identify why this may be happening.
