HELP. I just had a call with a client and it wouldnt let my client or myself view the file we have been working on together. Any idea when this will be fixed?

SAME!!!!!! Every single one of my 100’s of proposals are currenttly just GONE. I am FREAKING OUT! Plus i cannot make new ones either. This is a HUGE ISSUE AND HB NEEDS TO START TALKING TO US. I already messaged them and got no response yet.

I emailed concierge, however, under the ? mark on the bottom right the message center states they’re aware of this. I hope it gets resolved.. and the files aren't actually permanently “deleted”

Yes, having a small heart attack here and praying HB recovers everything immediately!!!!! This is beyond unacceptable honestly. The new smart files you wanted us to all use and now 100s of orders and contracts are gone. Please help us!

I doubt the files are missing. And I am pretty sure even with a catastrophic issue they have backups to work off of. Definitely inconvenient since I have a meeting at 5p ET but alas, no technology is perfect.

I really hope you’re right and now majorly regretting not having multiple backups on my end. Dumb move. Lesson learned

This issue is listed as resolved both here and on the status checker but it definitely isn’t. all m y files are still gone as of this morning and the boilerplate response i got was that it may take a few days.

Absolutely unacceptable. Our businesses run on this feature and this is cna majorly affect everyones operations.

@thedjbriansmith - Did you get this taken care of? If not, I would make sure to reach out to support in the “?” inside the app. I know it has been fixed, but if you are still having issues, I would make sure to bring it to their attention.

@Alicia Bauer I did prior to posting and got a boilerplate response.    still no update. My files are still all missing. 

I followed up again, and they are “still looking into it”, which is hugely frustrating, as it says everything is fine on the status checker… so transparency is not a thing apparently.

@thedjbriansmith I am really sorry you had a frustrating experience and a longer wait for restoration than what our status updates promised. ​@Alicia Bauer flagged this to me and through that, I connected directly with the team on your case. TaTiana (who was helping you in the chat earlier) should be contacting you directly but I wanted to pass along that a fix to your account was deployed and your files should all now be restored.
