I had a completed questionnaire, signed contract (both parties) and paid retainer and now HB shows them as deleted. Can a client delete these files?

+9No. It’s a glitch. HB is actively working on it. No files are deleted according to them
Thanks for the reply. Is this information posted anywhere for review? We have several other open projects and those files are still visible. It looks like only one project which is on 7/19 was impacted.
+9Yes, looks like they’re restoring everything slowly, but surely. I think there’s a pinned post in the community. I also believe there is a highlighted message under Support chat
HB just replied to my email about this being a widespread problem with smart files. Very disappointing considering we have a project this Saturday and our client cannot see anything either. It ends up being a poor reflection on our small business.
+9Totally get it. It’s similar to a Google outage, screenshot the response and let your client know they’re actively working on it. Most are patient and understanding ❤️
