Have you ever booked a client and then… kinda panicked a little?
Like — yay! they said yes! 🎉
…Now what?

This is where a Welcome Packet can seriously change the game.
It’s not just about being professional (although, yes, it totally helps with that).
It’s about setting the tone, creating clarity, and making your clients feel confident and cared for right from the start.

And the best part?
If you're using HoneyBook, sending a welcome packet is so easy.
You can drop it into a Smart File, automate it to send after booking, and boom, your client knows exactly what to expect, how to communicate, and what happens next.

No confusion. No back-and-forth. Just a super smooth experience from day one.

Curious what to include? Or wondering how it could look in your process? Let’s talk about it👇

Yes!! My clients love my onboarding process! I used to just drop a PDF Welcome Packet but I turned it into a smartfile. So much easier to update and customize/personalize for each client!

The most common response I get is that I answered questions they didn’t even know they had yet. WIN!

@Alicia Bauer It’s SO helpful to both me and my clients to automatically share a welcome packet with all the info. The best part is that because it’s in HoneyBook, all the files I send are cohesive. Plus, saves time on any calls we have since we already asked questions before!
