Firing & Blocking a Client

In all of my years of business, I never thought I’d have a client that was so problematic that I’d need to fire and block them but here we are, besties.

Once our contract is terminated, I don’t want myself or my team to receive communications from this client any longer. I can take care of most of that through our telecom service providers but now I’m wondering what I need to do to officially close out their access to our client portal and ensure that they aren’t sending us messages through the project workspace.

Speedy advice is appreciated!

I believe the emaiils are connected to your actual email. So I *think* you just need to block their email address in your email provider…
