I am a 4th-generation business owner and fell in love with Operations while working in ministry for our megachurch, supporting 75+ communities of around 100 people each, plus our FT staff ops. I loved being the liason between our team and HR, IT, Accounting, Events, Catering, etc., - it gave me a great education on all the different aspects of “business” management - even though we were at a church :)
I’m an Enneagram 1, so I LOVE finding ways to make things better. (...and have also learned to lay off if people haven’t asked me for help 🤣 #growth)
I work closely with entrepreneurs and business owners to consult on strategy, streamline systems, improve processes, and protect the business’ bottom line. My agency provides setups, SOP creation, admin support, bookkeeping, social media visibility, and implementation including Honeybook setups and optimization.
As a Honeybook Educator, I had the opportunity to meet the HB staff in San Francisco last month, and can I tell you: THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL. So grateful for the ways they pour into us and always put their clients first.
