Why do you all deny posts with real feedback?

Whats the point of having this community if we can’t tell you what you are asking for us to tell you?

Hey @Willis Aybar! I see a post you just shared about an hour ago was caught in our spam folder. Posts that have certain words or phrases trigger our spam filter and need to be manually reviewed (which I will do so now).

Posts that do not trigger our spam filter, including this one, are publicly posted immediately.

Moderators reject posts that have actual valuable feedback for the product team. They dont want everyone to know real issues that need real solutions.

I made an entire post about refunds and someone thought it wasn’t worthy of posting so it got rejected. No notification, no feedback, just rejected it.
