Is there a way to see if an auto pay declined? If it did, does HB retry after a few days?

Hi there! Justin with the help center team here. if an auto-payment failed, it’ll show as Overdue on your invoice and your client will get an email letting them know that the auto-payment failed (they’ll need to reach out to their bank to figure out why it failed though).

Autopay will retry after 24 hours if the credit card info they’ve submitted is valid, but it’s really important that your client to get whatever issue is happening fixed. You can also work with them to turn off autopay so the client can pay manually.
