BEWARE! Downloadable Reports are inaccurate

A few (2-3 months) ago my CPA reached out to me with concerns over the reports I had been sending her saying the numbers are not adding up. Please take a deep dive into your reports. I have to submit monthly taxes to the state which I think is usual through most states. My taxable and non taxable sales are always calculated inaccurately sometimes completely omitting the sale at all and just leaving a zero on all the fields. I have submitted so many tickets with always the response of we see your ticket and we have forwarded it to the “development team” or “engineering team”. I’m not upset with any customer service I’ve received they have all been super attentive and tried to help but this is out of their control which I completely understand. I’ve been unable to get a manager or anyone who has any power to actually address this issue and get it fixed after being patient for months. As a customer I expect these reports to be accurate because it’s not them who will get in trouble for submitting incorrect taxes based off of their inaccurate reports….it’s me and my business. So please don’t trust these reports and do your own. I hate that I’m most likely going to have to switch platforms due to this issue….I keep giving them chances after chances...I’ve been so patient and calculated my own sales...which is time consuming and frustrating.

Hi Sarah I don’t mind an email or a meeting whichever is easier for you. I’m currently in busy season being a photographer, but this is important to me so if I need to move sessions around to accommodate I will. I’ve shared screenshots in all of my messages to your team. There’s probably at least 5 different conversations in there working with different people for the same issue if you have access to that.
