Changing account ownership and banking info

I need to change the owner of our Honeybook Account and bank details information.  We recently sold our business but failed to change the Honeybook Ownership and Banking Account information prior to deleting our gmail addresses associated with the account.  Can you please advise how we can change the owner of the account to the new owner’s name, email and add banking info.  Thanks for your help.  ~Karen
