I’m changing my bank account and HB offers two options to verify my info. 1. Text 2. Phone. The number listed is not longer part of my business. I need another option.

I had this same issue last year and simply chatted in with support. Once I was able to verify my identity. They gave me the option to update my verification phone number the next time i signed in.
