Delayed payment deposits

DSP WEDDINGS

I have received payments from a few clients and it has been over a month and my account will not deposit the funds into my bank account. every day the estimated deposit moves up one day. so far I have 4 payments from different clients that have yet to be deposited into my bank account. what is the reason for this can help please.

You’ll probably need to reach out to customer service since this is a question specific to your account and not all members accounts.

I’ve been having the same problem and I just notice that I haven't received any payment since January 13th, and every day moves up one day

This is happening to me right now, did anyone get this issue resolved?  This will make me rethink HoneyBook as a whole if this continues.

This is happening to me as well! I’m not receiving my payments once the client pays to my account. Has this been resolved? Is anyone willing to share their bank to see if that’s the issue? My bank is Bluevine.
