Any idea why my client is receiving this message? I confirmed the email is the same. We have been emailing back and forth just fine, but for some reason now that she is trying to make her final payment, she is receiving this message. I even tried resending the payment link.

My clients (multiple recent ones) have been getting the same exact message on and off recently. I just had a client send me a very frustrated email (rightfully so!) about this same error.

While all of this is happening and we are communicating back and forth trying to solve this issue, the automatic payment reminder triggered. When I saw it I thought I’d have a frustrated client, but luckily the link that was included with that email worked! I am wondering if it has something to do with the link being expired?? Like maybe she clicked on the payment link from her first payment reminder? Hmm..
