I am so upset. It was decided by HoneyBook that the Expenses tab is here to stay. But, I just checked and it’s no longer importing expenses like it should. It looks like it stopped on Jan. 11th.
I chatted with support and they said that the engineering team is unable to edit the code needed to update the behavior. They apologized for any disappointment. So, basically out of luck until they feel like fixing it.
If I would have been given notice I could have tracked another way. This is an awful way to treat customers.
