How do I get Honeybook to recognize my website?

My Honeybook account is all set up, but the website/social media isn’t confirmed to start payments. My website is still under construction, but the DNS is resolving to my domain - isn’t that enough?

I’m setting up a Facebook page, but that seems less secure than the website (which is also a sketchy way to confirm a business).

Anyway, how can I escalate this so I can release funds that have been paid?

Hi @Kate Henderson,

Kitzzy here from the Education team. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. We want to make sure you get your money. If you haven’t already, can you reach out to support by clicking the ? icon in your account or emailing them at concierge@honeybook.com. They’ll be able to look at your account and help troubleshoot what’s going on.

Let me know if they’re able to help find a resolution.

Thanks,
