Payments received not on my quickbooks only invoices

I am trying to understand why when I started to sign up with Lincoln Bank through HoneyBook, i don't see the payments received from HoneyBook only the invoices.

Hi ​@Joanna Rabe, let’s see if we can solve this for ya. Hmm, so I’m no QB expert (only a HB Pro, ha), however it sounds like your Quickbooks is duplicating the invoice as it should, it’s just not registering the payment received/nor allowing you to categorize/apply the payment to that invoice, right?

Question: is your checking account connected?
