QB Online and Bank are not syncing properly due to having set up HB finance to hold my funds.

Therefore, all the individual client payment entries that HB sent to QB have no match in my Wells Fargo bank account because the funds no longer transfer automatically. Should I change the setting in HB Finance to allow each payment be sent to my bank when they clear or something else? What is the best practice here? Thanks

Hi Brad!

If you set up HoneyBook Balance (HoneyBook’s bank account feature) and have all your client payments now going there, you have to go into QuickBooks and update that so that it reflects in QuickBooks as well. Check out this article for steps on how to do that.

I JUST realized I DID switch to HB Balance. I thought I was still using my business bank account at Wells Fargo. That caused me major confusion until I dug into the help.honeybook.com QB/HB section about settings, etc. Sorry for the confusion.
