Quickbooks Integration // Will I Pay Honeybook or Quickbooks Transaction Fees?

I’d like to integrate Quickbooks to save some time with invoicing, but with HoneyBook Transaction Fees being significantly higher than Quickbooks I’m wondering if I’d be paying Honeybooks or Quickbooks fees? 

Here’s a breakdown of a $5k bank transfer in fees: 
QB 1% up to $2k then $20 max = $20
HB 1.5% = $75

Another Breakdown of a $10k ACH broken down into 4 payments:
QB = $80
HB =  $150

Adds up a lot, so I’m hoping it’s the Quickbooks transaction fees 😅
