Recommendations for a bookeeper/CPA that works virtually (not Kickstart)

I’m looking for a new bookkeeper and accountant for 2025. I used Kickstart Accounting and KSA Tax Services for 2024, but keep running into issues. The latest being we have to file an extension because they booked up tax availability within 3 hours of sending me a booking link (and my having already paid monthly in 2024). I’m needing someone who understands basic business, works virtually, and can file taxes in Missouri and Alabama. My taxes are fairly simple with a single owner LLC, my husband has a W2 job and a 1099 job. Nothing too crazy.
