I can’t figure out how to do this, would welcome any help please!

A coaching client would like to have invoices sent to their company’s finance department (the company is paying). I can’t figure out how to do this.

My thinking is to add the finance department as a contact on the project, but only give them permission to receive the invoices monthly. I’d love if they could have zero access to everything else (client files, emails, scheduling) to protect client confidentiality. But none of the project roles seem to have this type of restricted access.

Hi there! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center here. If you want to protect the client details (those client files and emails), you can add the finance department to a related workspace in the project then send the invoice in there. This way, all the client communication stays in the original workspace (kinda like locking a drawer in a filing cabinet so the finance department can’t get in), but the finance department is still in the project. In that related workspace is where you can add the invoice.
