My client signed up for recurring payments and her first payment was on 9/28 (says due 10/28), but I’m afraid that she won’t be charged again until November 28th. It should be 9/28, the date she signed the contract, 10/28 she should be charged again and then 11/28, 12/28, etc.
I read that there will be immediate payment like there was on 9/28, but then it says the next payment will be on the scheduled date which is 11/28. How do I fix this or am I reading this wrong?

I can see looking at the Support cases that they are in touch with our product team (they are out of office on the weekend and yesterday’s holiday) about your follow up questions around the invoice dates!
As for payments, invoices paid by card take 2-3 business days to process, so weekends aren’t included in the processing time. Additionally, yesterday most banks were closed for Indigenous People’s Day. I’ve attached a chart with standard processing times.
Hey @Renee DeVore! I’ve alerted the Support team to this and they’ll be reaching out asap to help you get this sorted :) Look out for an email from Concierge@HoneyBook.com!
I’ve been in contact with the support team with very little support and no answer at this time. There is a glitch in your system, and if it’s not corrected it will mean business owners will absolutely lose money. I’ve had my backend person review this and when we both reached out, we were not satisifed at all with the answer that we received. Additionally, I’m now having issues with payment being received into my bank account. 5 days is a really long time!
