Slightyly frustrated with bank change

So I’ve done what I needed to do with this switch to Lincoln Savings. Everything I’ve seen through the process said virtual cards and account numbers would be updated inside HB. I have not seen that updated on my end and now can not access my money. Is anyone else having this issue? 
 

I’m trying to be patient but we have a vacation coming up  and a chunk of money for said vacation is being held up in this switch.
