Okay, so I’ll start off by saying that I love most of what HB does - that’s why I’m here! But for years now, HB has been marketed and sold as a software for both Americans and Canadians. But as Canadians, we pay the same fee, but have access to less features of the software.
We do not have the option of ACH at 1.5% - we can only use the credit card feature. I do understand that there is a conflict with our Interac situation (I was able to discuss with the Finance dept at last year’s Summit.)
But in actuality, we don’t have access to all of the finance features at all. We can’t do the HB debit card (not that I would). When I was at Summit last year, it was all pomp and circumstance about the amazing things that HB would be able to do in future including this amazing Finance feature that would allow us to cancel our QB subscriptions.Â
We don’t have any of that, yet we still pay the same price. Don’t get me started that our dollar is atrocious right now, but I just paid $578 CAD for a year’s subscription without access to all features. And now you want to take away the second business feature in the future too.
