Hi Community friends!

Anyone have a good catering banquet and order (BEO) template you are willing to share.  It would be amazing if I did not have to recreate the wheel!  :)

Warmly,

Hi! I didn't have an existing template, but I've created something similar for clients before. You could definitely create this in Honeybook!

1. Add each field you need as a custom field (in company settings). For example, linens, bev package, toast, dessert pkg, etc.

2. For each client, fill those in during your meeting with them

3. In a smart file, Use a contract template or even a Welcome page and add each of the custom fields. There should already be a field for "# of guests".

4. Since BEOs are usually internal, you'll want to create a separate "related workspace" to house this document. If your staff have access to Honeybook you can add them directly there, or just keep it to yourself. You can then save and print the file as a PDF!

Yes Please can we have an Event Order sheet we can print out with a summary of the event information??

We rely on being able to pull up all the event details in one place, and event order would be huge to be able to order liquor, linens, notes on setup, staffing etc.

I am also looking / creating a BEO for our catering company.  But I have a different question.  We have in the proposal an edited / final menu that the client can see and sign off on.  We would like to be able to copy that menu and paste it into our BEO.  The issue is that if the client. last minute, decides to change something on the menu we would like to automatically be changed on the BEO.  The best workaround was to create the menu as a long text smart field.  However, this smart field is limited to 1000 characters.  Our menus are larger than that.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  (And while I am putting this question out there; does anyone know if honeybooks is working on a whatapp integration?  If not, does anyone know a workaround in order to send and receive whatsapp in a project similar to emails)?

thanks

Kenny
