Adding multiple clients

Hello! Does anyone happen to know how to auto add more clients to my projects? Example, I have my senior parents typically make the initial inquiry but during my booking project smart file I get the info for the senior and parent’s info so they can both be in the project. I have to manually then pull senior name/email into the project but was hoping to find a way to make this easier if possible :)

    Hello, 

    You can add the other person as a client and then you can go over to the side panel and add them under Related Workspace.
