​@Newrologix -  Great question! While HoneyBook’s current team permissions don’t allow for granular access to just the Leads and Reports sections, there are a couple of workarounds you could explore:

1. Team Member with Limited Role
   You can invite the marketing company as a team member with limited permissions (like "collaborator"), but this won't give access to reports or the full pipeline.

2. Use Shared Reports
   If you’re looking to share data, you could export your reports and share them manually or through a shared drive on a regular basis.

3. Custom View or Form
   Some users set up a system using tags or custom fields in the project list view, which can be exported and filtered to give insight into leads.

If this is a critical need, I’d recommend submitting it as a feature request here: https://community.honeybook.com/ideas, more granular team permissions would definitely be helpful for collaborations like yours!
