Any help with SPF files

I have received the email from Honeybook about my email settings- needing to add SPF record.  I have tried to navigate doing this for HOURS and HOURS with no luck!!  I have a custom domain through google, but I can find where to add the SPF!

Now it says my domain was bought by Squarespace (all of them were) but when I try to log in to Squarespace it says my domain is not with them??

I am so frustrated!!  I know emails are going to Spam (which has never happened in my YEARS with Honeybook).  How can I fix this?  I call HB, they say contact my domain owner, but they aren’t helping either?

@Sydney Young  if you could that would be amazing!  I am so frustrated!!  I have had 3 people tell me this week that their emails from me where in SPAM!  Some were current customers that we already have emails back and forth!!

Hi @Michelle Scharfman and @Sydney Young just wanted to check in and see if you two were able to connect. We know email settings can be frustrating and hope you can find out where you domain is hosted to update your records.

Not yet @Kait M .  Still don't have the issue resolved and I really am at a loss what to do!  I even had our tech person from school try to help me and no luck.  Not sure why this is so difficult.
