I’ve been using HoneyBook for years and like many feature : SmartFiles, automations, and the client experience are great. But there’s one incredibly basic thing missing that drives me crazy on a daily basis: why can’t we set our email signature to be automatically included in replies? 😩
Sure, we can create a signature template. But unless we use an automation or a pre-written email template, we have to manually click the little signature icon every single time we reply to a client. It’s tedious, easy to forget, and honestly baffling that it’s not an option yet. And if it is, I apologize, I don’t know where it is.
It would be so simple to add a setting like: “automatically include my default signature in all replies.”
Anyone else frustrated by this? Is this feature on the roadmap at all? 🙏
