automation not working

Here is the automation. I have set to invoice paid wait 15 min and send email.

However, this isn’t sending anything. I tried the AI message helper and it just said to check my automation and if it is active...which it is.

Sounds like a bug- I would report this (question mark at the bottom right corner of HB)

Is it the FIRST PAYMENT that went through or the invoice was paid in full?

set to invoice paid in full and no payments were sent. Just one time payment
