Good evening, I am new to Honeybook and working through an issue right now. I have successfully created automations and I am stuck getting an automation to work after a scheduled appointment. Not sure if this is a problem with the software or am I missing something? I have gone through many video tutorials and step by step guides with no success.

@Tara Johnston So in order for the automation to work, it has to be already started in the client profile. So automation is already be triggered and running, then when a session is scheduled during that time --- it will do the next step.

It’s a bit confusing because how it sounds you would think it would start an automation after a call is scheduled.
