Contact/Lead Form - Automation by inquiry response

I’m hoping a member might know - I’m wanting to see if it’s possible to embed contact/lead form into personal domain, and have it activate a different automation base on clients response. 

 

I currently have my contact form embedded on domain, and with new inquiry it activates general automation. And I currently offer different services I would like to link each service to it’s own automation selection under one contact/lead form. The intent would be that with new inquiry a client can hover into {service selection or other options} make a selection and upon submitting form automation would begin pipeline/workflow process.

Not sure if there’s already a better way to process inquiries, how are you currently processing new inquiries?

HoneyBook does this using “project types”. Once the client chooses the “service/project type”, it can trigger an automation that you set. Each service can have its own automation if that’s what you’d like
