In 2025, the way we communicate and manage our businesses has changed—and we need HoneyBook to keep up. As dedicated users, we’re asking you to prioritize the following features that are now essential for companies like ours:
- Two-Way SMS Communication
We need the ability to text back and forth with clients directly through HoneyBook, and enable our full team to do the same. Texting is now the primary form of communication for most people and leads to faster responses, better engagement, and significantly higher booking conversions. Email alone is no longer enough. - AI-Powered Website Chat
A built-in website chat feature powered by an AI chatbot would allow us to engage potential clients 24/7, capture leads in real time, and answer frequently asked questions automatically. This would elevate our client experience and help prevent missed opportunities. - Team Management Tools (like Monday.com)
As a growing entertainment company with multiple DJs, photo booth attendants, and event staff, we need a better way to manage our team’s availability, assign them to events, and track who is handling which services. Right now, this requires workarounds outside of HoneyBook. A built-in team management system would streamline our operations and keep everything in one place.
With the recent price increase, we hope to see HoneyBook evolve alongside modern business needs. These features aren’t just “nice to have”—they’re necessary to stay competitive and serve our clients efficiently.
We love the platform and want to continue growing with it—but these updates are critical to making that possible.
